  31.   Some ISPs are fanatical about carrying lots of newsgroups, others less
  32. so.  Mine has over 23000, and seems to pick up all of the alt.* groups
  33. almost as soon as they come out.  You might need to bug them about it.
  34. They might need to get their links to carry it in order to have it on
  35. their system.
